• Patch dead areas with sod. Re-sodding is the best bet if you have large dead areas. Sod can be installed any time of year…just be sure you water it frequently until it sets.

• Look into Xeriscaping. No matter what climate you are living, xeriscaping is the best way to weatherproof your lawn. This low maintenance, low-cost method of landscaping will keep your lawn looking beautiful year-round!
