Huntsville Weather Factor In Lower Home Sales
We have had an unusually bad winter with lots of snow and ice. This has kept local and out of town buyers from moving ahead with home purchases. With the return to warmer weather and a more normal weather pattern, we expect sales to return to a typical number of sales. Interest rates are still very low and we expect lots of activity in the upcoming spring market.
