Madison & Monrovia

Harvest / Monrovia

Picturesque broadlands, these towns and their comfortable homes offer expansive views of classic Alabama landscape: speckled cotton fields, tree-lined country roads, distant mountains, big skies.

Drive 10 to 15 minutes northwest of downtown Huntsville and you’ll be in the unincorporated communities of Monrovia and Harvest. Picturesque broadlands, these towns and their comfortable homes offer expansive views of classic Alabama landscape: speckled cotton fields, tree-lined country roads, distant mountains, big skies.

However, the main perk of living in these towns just might be their proximity to everything. Literally. Monrovia and Harvest are within a 20-minute drive of all the necessities and amenities that buzzworthy cities such as Huntsville and Madison and their natural surroundings have to offer: work opportunities, quality public schools administered by the county, shopping, restaurants, museums, concerts, festivals, sports events, hiking, kayaking, hunting, fishing, greenways, state parks. Put in a hard day of work or school, enjoy the creature comforts of the city after, and then head back to your quiet retreat under the vast, starry skies of North Alabama.
